Law enforcement officers identified 48 dead from the village of Groza in Kharkiv region.
About this reported Head of the Investigative Department of the National Police of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region, Serhiy Bolvinov, on his Facebook page.
“Our specialists continue their work, have already selected and processed DNA samples of sixteen relatives.
Another 79 samples from unidentified bodies and fragments of remains are sent through the ANDE DNA complex, Bolvinov said.
“The Russian missile tore people to pieces in such a way that forensic scientists and investigators have dozens of such fragments – they work carefully with each one, collecting the dead literally piece by piece,” the report says.
