On August 17, at 9:40 p.m., the State Emergency Service received information that a rocket hit a three-story residential building in Kharkiv as a result of enemy shelling.
At 23:38, the fire was contained, reports the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. Extinguishing of fire stations and rescuing people from the rubble continues.
Seven people died and 13 people were injured (of which 4 people were rescued by the emergency services units). 80 people and 18 pieces of equipment were involved from the State Emergency Service.
