Russia’s possible fears about Ukraine’s use of a “dirty bomb” are frankly untrue.
This was stated by the representative of the National Security Council, Adrienne Watson, in a comment CNN.
“We reject reports of Minister Shoigu’s blatantly false claims that Ukraine is preparing to use a ‘dirty bomb’ on its own territory. The world will consider any attempt to use this allegation as a pretext for escalation,” Watson said.

CNN also spoke with an official familiar with the conversation between Lloyd Austin and Shoigu. The Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation told the head of the Pentagon that the Ukrainians were allegedly planning to use a “dirty bomb”.
