A headquarters was created to help drivers blocked at the border with Poland

The Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure, together with specialized associations and carriers, created the Headquarters to help Ukrainian drivers blocked at the border with Poland.

About this reported on the website of the Ministry.

The key task of the headquarters is to provide Ukrainians with food, drinking water, medicines and fuel. Ukrainian drivers remain blocked at the Polish border for more than 10 days. The queue stretched over 30 km towards Yagodina, over 10 km towards Rava Ruska, over 16 kilometers towards Krakivets

A coordinator is assigned to each of the three border crossing points, who collects needs and is in constant contact with drivers. The Ukrtransbezpeka hotline +38 (067) 120 0483 is also open 24/7.

Today, an initiative team is already working at the border, which has 11,000 food kits, drinking water and necessary medicines. Additional needs can be indicated through the Google form

Also, the ministry, together with specialized departments, will facilitate the evacuation of drivers to the territory of Ukraine, if such a need arises.

The headquarters will work until the border is unblocked and traffic stability through the checkpoints is restored.
