On September 14, around 5:00 p.m., a Mercedes Vito driver ran over a minor boy at a pedestrian crossing at 144 Traktorobudivnykiv Avenue.
The 9-year-old victim was hospitalized with injuries, reported in GUNP of Kharkiv region.
The issue of opening criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 286 (violation of the rules of road traffic safety or operation of transport by persons driving vehicles) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for up to 3 years of restriction of liberty with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of up to three years.
