The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office approved and sent to court an indictment against a 52-year-old man for collecting and disseminating information about the location of the Armed Forces, committed during martial law.

An employee of one of the railway stations in the Kharkiv region, having pro-Russian views, actively helped the armed forces of the Russian Federation, reports prosecutor’s office Kharkiv region.

Thus, the man recorded data on the location of Ukrainian military equipment, personnel of the Defense Forces, as well as critical infrastructure facilities on the territory of Kharkiv and the region.

He monitored the routes of movement of mobile warehouses with military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The adjuster “poured” the collected information into the closed pro-Russian Telegram channel.

In the future, the enemy used this data to plan and carry out fire strikes on the Kharkiv region.

The man from Kharkiv is currently in custody. The indictment will be considered in the Ordzhonikidze District Court of Kharkiv.

The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term of five to eight years.
