A train carrying Ukrainian corn derailed in Romania

In central Romania, in the county of Mures, a freight train carrying Ukrainian grain derailed.

This is reported by the Gospodarka Morska profile resource.

It is known that as a result of the accident, two wagons filled with corn came off the railway track, due to which several tons of grain spilled out.

According to the local authorities, the accident occurred in the village of Rapa de Jos, through which a cargo train with 30 wagons of Ukrainian grain was traveling to the port of Constanta, located in the southeast of Romania.

The Romanian police have already begun to investigate the causes of the incident and do not rule out that the cause of the train accident could have been sabotage.

We will remind you that on Monday, September 12, nine ships with agricultural products left Ukrainian ports.

On September 10, five vessels left the ports of Odesa, Chornomorsk and Pivdenny as part of the “grain corridor”.
