“We cooperate very closely with the population in the liberated territories. They are extremely willing to give their testimonies about how and who behaved, who gave commands, who carried out torture,” he says.

According to Yenin, during the past day, the police found about 50 bodies of dead civilians, in total since the beginning of the measures – 168 bodies of both civilians and soldiers. Most of them have signs of violent death.

More than 1,000 police officers are working to restore law and order and establish war crimes committed by Russians in the de-occupied territories of Kharkiv region.
