Under the procedural guidance of the Kupyan district prosecutor’s office of the Kharkiv region, a 28-year-old man was notified of suspicion of collaborative activity (Part 2 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The investigation established that during the occupation of the city of Kupyansk, the suspect voluntarily cooperated with the occupiers and assumed the position of “I. at. the senior inspector on duty of the Kondrashovsky territorial department of the VGA of the Kupyan district” under the occupation administration.
The collaborator’s task was to keep a log of visitors, as well as to guard at night the administrative building of the territorial department created by the occupiers.
Uncovering and documenting illegal activities was carried out together with the Kupyan RVP of the National Security Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region under the operational support of the Military Counterintelligence Service of the SBU.
