Under the procedural leadership of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the principal of the lyceum was notified of suspicion for carrying out activities aimed at implementing education standards of the aggressor state in educational institutions (Part 3 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The pre-trial investigation established that at the end of July, the director of the lyceum in the Kupyan district decided to cooperate with representatives of the Russian Federation during the occupation.
Thus, at the beginning of August, the “head” of the occupation administration of Veliky Burluk held a meeting with the participation of teachers and representatives of the education department. At the specified meetings, the pseudo-leader ordered to open schools and restore the educational process “as in the Russian Federation.”
The headmistress, in turn, informed the teachers about the implementation of the educational standards of the Russian Federation in the lyceum. Training was to be conducted exclusively in the Russian language and using Russian textbooks of the aggressor state.
After the deoccupation of Kharkiv Oblast, the educator was exposed.
The pre-trial investigation is conducted by the JV of the SBU Department in the Kharkiv region.
