The occupiers withdraw part of the troops from Kakhovka and Novaya Kakhovka, Kherson region.  Information is spreading among local residents that Kakhovka will be abandoned by the end of the year.

The Russian occupiers are redeploying individual units and withdrawing part of the troops from Kakhovka and Novaya Kakhovka to the area of ​​the settlement of Nizhny Syrogozy (Kherson Region).

According to the summary of the General Staff, the Russian military is spreading information among local residents that Kakhovka will be abandoned by the end of the year. Loyal local occupiers are offered relocation to occupied Crimea.

During the day, the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled the attacks of the occupiers in the area of ​​more than 20 settlements, including: Ploschanka, Chervonpopivka, Bilogorivka of the Luhansk region; Bakhmut, Opytne, Zelenopilya, Andriivka, Maryinka, Pobyeda, Novomykhailivka, Donetsk region.

Yesterday, the Russians launched a massive missile attack on the civil and energy infrastructure of Ukraine: the enemy fired 98 missiles and fired more than 65 rockets from multiple rocket launchers.

On Volyn, Poliske directions the situation without significant changes, no signs of the formation of offensive groups of the enemy were detected.

On Siverskyi, Slobozhanskyi, Kupyanskyi, Lymanskyi, Novopavlivskyi directions the enemy shelled the positions of our troops and populated areas.

On Bakhmut and Avdiiv directions the enemy shelled the areas of more than 25 settlements.

On Zaporizhia and Kherson directions the enemy continues to use artillery to destroy the civil infrastructure of settlements along the right bank of the Dnipro River. More than 35 settlements were shelled.

Units of the Ukrainian missile forces and artillery of the past day struck five areas of concentration of personnel, one command post and the enemy’s ammunition depot.

It will be recalled that the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhnyi said that already in February, Russia may launch a new offensive attempt.

According to analysts, the invaders are unlikely to be able to capture Kyiv, even if they try to attack the capital of Ukraine from the territory of Belarus.
