In Kostyantynivka, Donetsk region, a search and rescue operation was completed at the site of enemy shelling. The number of victims and victims increased.

20 shops, power lines, an administrative building and the 5th floor of a residential building were also damaged. Passenger cars and 8 shopping facilities were completely burnt.

A pre-trial investigation has been launched in criminal proceedings for violating the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

President Volodymyr Zelenskyi reacted to the Russian strike on Kostyantynivka and posted a video of the moment of the strike.
