As UNIAN wrote, the day before the Standing Committee of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly failed to change its rules to expel the Russian delegation. Therefore, the permanent delegation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the OSCE will boycott the work of the organization due to the organization’s reluctance to expel representatives of the Russian Federation.

Russian strikes on Ukraine’s energy sector

Since the beginning of October, Russia has not stopped striking the energy system of Ukraine, so on November 23, the Russian Federation carried out another massive attack on critical infrastructure facilities in several regions of Ukraine. At the same time, air defense destroyed 51 out of about 70 cruise missiles. Emergency power outages occurred in many regions of Ukraine, and they were also left without heat and water supply.

As President Volodymyr Zelenskyi reported, as of the evening of November 25, blackouts continued in most regions and in Kyiv, involving more than 6 million subscribers. But the most problems are currently in the capital, as well as in Kyiv region, Odesa region, Lviv region, Vinnytsia region and Dnipropetrovsk region.

“Ukrenergo” is planning to schedule planned power outages this weekend. However, today, November 26, limits have been set to make power outages less long.
