Bryza told why the majority of Americans do not want Biden to run

Date:

He said this in the “West Studio with Anton Borkovsky” program on the Espresso TV channel.

“There are radical politicians in the Republican Party who politicize everything. Now they are actively politicizing aid to Ukraine. Trump, who is a presidential candidate, has said that if he is elected in November 2024, he will end Russia’s war against Ukraine within 24 hours. Of course, it is impossible. If he wins, he will not stop all aid to Ukraine, but will definitely reduce it. Trump will not be able to block all American support, but the issue of permanent American aid to Ukraine has become politicized,” Bryza noted.

According to the diplomat, if Biden wins, then support for Ukraine will continue on all fronts.

“But the question mark remains whether Biden will run at all. The vast majority of Americans, more than 70%, do not want Joe Biden to run, because they consider him too old. Even the majority of Democrats polled in the party hold the same opinion. Democrats will have to hurry to find an alternative candidate, unless Biden insists on his participation in the elections,” Bryza emphasized.

  • A majority of US voters believe current President Joe Biden is too old to run for a second term, according to a Wall Street Journal poll.
