For the dish you need: ready-made minced meat or whole meat (300g.), Raisins (150g.), Small onions, boiled or baked potatoes, sauerkraut (50g.), Tomato paste (10g.), Butter (50g.) , oil (10g.), cognac (50g.), sweet mustard (15g.), salt, pepper.

According to the recipe, raisins should be filled with cognac for 15 minutes. Cut the onion into half rings. If the meat is whole, chop and salt. In a frying pan, mix butter and butter (half of the specified amount). Fry for 3-5 minutes. onions and meat. Then add the cognac in which the raisins were marinated, the rest of the butter and set on fire.
