The Kyiv City Council approved the decision to award the “great friend of Ukraine” to the former Prime Minister of Great Britain Boris Johnson title of Honorary Citizen of Kyiv. About it informed Mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klichko.

“Boris has repeatedly visited the Ukrainian capital – both in peaceful and in the most dramatic time of our struggle against the Russian aggressor. Johnson did and, I am convinced, will continue to do everything possible so that the UK and world leaders provide the necessary assistance to Ukraine,” he wrote .
“Thank you for your support! We are waiting in Kyiv again to present this honorary award,” the mayor added.
