Under the procedural guidance of the Nemyshlyan District Prosecutor’s Office of Kharkov, a pre-trial investigation was initiated into the facts of violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
On September 7, around 00:30 at night, the occupiers launched two rocket attacks on the Nemyshlyansky District of Kharkiv. One of the rockets hit the territory of the hotel complex. There was a fire at the nearby car wash. The windows in the neighboring high-rise building were broken.
Another rocket hit the ground near one of the enterprises in the specified district.
