Commenting on the threat of an offensive from the north with the participation of Belarusian troops, Danilov stressed that “the situation is not simple”, and Belarus has long been occupied by Russia, and the leadership of Belarus “is held hostage” by the Russian Federation.
“This is a very difficult situation. But everything is bursting at the seams in Russia. You have seen that gathering or phenomenon called the CSTO. It already looks ridiculous when no one even wants to be photographed with Russians at a distance of two or three meters, not to mention the rest. Today there is a separate position of Kazakhstan, Armenia and Belarus, and we are very worried about the lives of the leaders of these countries, because vile Russia can do everything in its power to change certain processes in the world,” Danilov said.
The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council said that Russia is a terrorist country, and anything can be expected from it.
“The independent position of these countries can cost their leaders dearly,” Danilov said.
