“This building is in such a state that if we don’t dismantle it, it could fall uncontrollably and destroy another driveway.
The house is being dismantled, starting from the top floor, and so floor by floor down,” he said.
Dismantling works are planned to be completed by the end of this year, at most by mid-January.
