People from the reserve of employees of state bodies, educational and medical fields, who will work in the de-occupied territories of Ukraine, will receive a higher salary and will have housing on the DOT.
Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk stated this at a briefing, reports Ukrinform.
“That is, twice the salary where there are hostilities, and one and a half times, if hostilities are possible there.
And already on the ground, leaders are trying to provide housing and everything necessary, because this is also very important. But, for example, if it is the medical field, then they have a business trip system that is already working,” said Vereshchuk.
As Deputy Minister of Health Maria Karchevych noted, despite the fact that the Ministry of Health is currently forming a reserve of doctors to work in the de-occupied territories, the system of business trips to the front-line territories has already shown its effectiveness.
“We send medical workers for 2-4 weeks with rotation.
They gathered all those willing in all regions of the country. These are more than 1,000 employees who expressed a desire to go to the DOT and help their colleagues,” she said.
According to the head of the Ministry of Reintegration, among the departments there are already those that have shown themselves to be leaders in the matter of forming a personnel reserve.
As Nataliya Alyushina, head of the National Civil Service Agency, noted, already 2,137 people willing to become part of the personnel reserve have filled out questionnaires, and 1,951 people have been enrolled in this reserve. The procedure for the reserve of persons who want to work was simplified.
The formation of a personnel reserve will make it possible to plan in advance the staffing of educational institutions in the territories liberated from the enemy.
Candidates should apply to the local governing body in the field of education: in person or submit a questionnaire and copies of the necessary educational documents by post or e-mail.
