Yuriy Ignat, the spokesman of the Air Force Command of Ukraine, said that the occupiers targeted the city from the Black Sea with Kalibr cruise missiles from a submarine. Anti-aircraft missile systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed two missiles.

“This is terrorism. Deliberate killing of civilians to instill fear. Russia is a terrorist state and must be legally recognized as such,” Kuleba said.

The police in Vinnytsia deployed a mobile point for citizens’ appeals (37 Zamostyanska St.) and opened hotlines for searching for missing persons.
