Problems with electricity supply in Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya and Sumy regions are also reported.

In addition, power outages were recorded in the Russian city of Belgorod, which is located 40 km from the Russian-Ukrainian border and 70 km from Kharkiv. The mayor of Belgorod said that there was a failure at the Pivdenna substation, and several streets in the Kharkivska Gora district were without light.
