Explosions rang out in occupied Yevpatoria, Russian air defense systems went off

The occupying forces of air defense units of the Russian Federation worked over the city of Yevpatoria in the occupied Crimea. Local residents have been posting pictures of the sky and reporting the sounds of explosions.

Local Telegram channels write about it.

“In the sky over Yevpatoria, it seems that air defense has worked”– write local channels.

Residents of the village of Uyutne, near Yevpatoria, also published traces of the work of Russian anti-aircraft defense.

It will be recalled that the former commander of the United States Army in Europe, General Ben Hodges, said in a comment to the media that the Armed Forces of Ukraine can liberate the occupied Crimea in 2023.

“Ukrainians saved their country. They have set the conditions under which they can restore full sovereignty, including Crimea, I think, within the next year. After all this time, Russia still controls less than 20% of the territory of Ukraine and its ability to conduct further offensive operations is practically exhausted.” – he noted.

Earlier, the General Staff of the Armed Forces admitted for the first time that Ukraine was involved in attacks on Russian airbases in Crimea.
