Gaidai told when the de-occupation of Luhansk region will begin

After the Armed Forces finally liberate the city of Lyman in Donetsk region, the de-occupation of populated areas of Luhansk region will begin. This may happen in the near future.

This was announced by the head of the Luhansk OVA Serhii Gaidai in Telegram.

He noted that the liberation of Luhansk region may soon begin, so local residents should prepare.

“After the final deoccupation of Liman, we will take over the baton. Deoccupation is near. You hear the approach of hostilities – you are in shelters! We cannot name the settlements, but the locals will understand me“, Gaidai explained.

According to him, the occupiers are trying to leave Luhansk region, robbing the local population. At the same time, the Russian army, which still remains in the region, is demoralized. The occupiers are preparing for defeat, want to flee and are drinking.

«Where the partisans raised Ukrainian flags, they are still there. Occupiers and collaborators do not dare to remove them“, – emphasized the head of OVA.

Gaidai added that the local authorities are already holding meetings and are preparing to restore the process of community life.

Earlier, Gailai reported that as of Sunday, September 11, fierce fighting continues in the area of Izyum and Liman. However, it is clear that the Russian army of occupation is fleeing.

It also became known that the Armed Forces of Ukraine went to the outskirts of Lysychansk.
