As reported by rosZMI, the State Duma deputy Maksym Ivanov sent the request about the organization of the guard watch. He asked to do it at the training center for the mobilized in Yelan. The official explained that the conscripted occupiers include “mama’s boys, heelers and breadwinners” who are allegedly causing confusion in the ranks of other servicemen.

Linkov agreed with Ivanov’s proposal and sent an order to organize guard duty in training centers on the territory of the Central Military District. The commanders of the units where the mobilized are stationed have already received the relevant instructions. The CVO includes the Siberian, Ural and Volga federal districts, which include 29 subjects of Russia.

Earlier, several mobilized people died on the territory of the Training Center in Yelan, which Deputy Ivanov mentioned. One of them died due to epilepsy due to alcohol poisoning.
