He helped the enemy to “nationalize” agricultural enterprises and export agricultural products to the Russian Federation: the SBU exposed an enemy accomplice | News of Kharkiv and Ukraine

In the de-occupied Kupyansk, the SBU exposed an enemy accomplice who, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, went over to the side of the enemy and openly supported the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. SBU employees established that the 40-year-old man had established close working and ideological relations with representatives of the FSB of the Russian Federation.

Thus, the perpetrator agreed with them to take equipment and property from private entrepreneurs who had moved outside the Kupyan district, under the pretext of “nationalization” for the benefit of the Russian Federation. Subsequently, the enemy farmer organized the collection of agricultural products and helped export more than 10 tons of sunflowers to the Russian Federation.

For this help, the occupiers issued him a “trade business patent” and allowed him to do business. For this, the man even registered with the so-called “tax service in the Kharkiv region” and began to replenish the Russian budget.

The law enforcement officers detained the perpetrator in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and reported the suspicion under Part 1 of Article 111-1 (Collaborative activity) and Part 1 of Article 111-2 (assistance to the aggressor state) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. At present, the accused has been remanded in custody.

The exposure of the enemy accomplice was carried out by the employees of the SBU Office in the Kharkiv region together with the investigators of the National Security Service in the Kharkiv region under the procedural guidance of the Novobavarian district prosecutor’s office in the city of Kharkiv.
