According to the investigation, in the spring of 2022, on the instructions of Russian curators, he came to the city of Izyum, which was already under occupation at that time.

The man voluntarily took the position of “deputy mayor of the city of Izyum for security and law enforcement activities” in the occupation administration.

He controlled and organized the work of law enforcement agencies, primarily the “people’s militia”. Also, the pseudo-official participated in the meetings of the “new government”, had employees under his command, to whom he gave orders and commissions.

Currently, the collaborator is hiding from the investigation, the issue of declaring him wanted is being resolved.
