“Ukravtodor” has published a route by which you can safely get from Kharkiv to de-occupied Kupyansk, Izyum and Balaklia, with which transport connections are being restored first.

As noted, demining and provision of unhindered passage continues. Citizens are advised to move only during daylight hours and to observe a safe speed.

“Since September 11, the Highway Service in Kharkiv Region has been inspecting the territories of Kharkiv Region liberated from the occupiers.
