This afternoon, line 102 received a call about a traffic accident without casualties. According to preliminary information, a Mitsubishi Outlander hit a parked Mitsubishi Pajero on Mykola Bazhan Street and then drove off in an unknown direction.
The patrol found and stopped the wanted car on the National Guard Square. The driver was a citizen who had clear signs of alcohol intoxication.
The driver was examined for intoxication at the stop using a Drager gas analyzer. The device showed the result in the form of three arrows ⬆️⬆️⬆️, which indicates that the limit measurement has been exceeded. The woman refused to be examined by a narcologist for her state of alcohol intoxication.
The patrol officers drew up administrative protocols against the citizen under Art. 124 (Violation of traffic rules that led to an accident), Art. 122-4 (Leaving the scene of an accident), Part 1 of Art. 130 (Driving a vehicle while intoxicated), as well as an administrative resolution under Part 2 of Art. 126 (Driving a vehicle by a person who does not have the right to drive) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
In the future, the administrative materials will be submitted to the court.
