“During the performance of repair work in Kup’yansk, Kharkiv Region, energy workers came under rocket fire. Fortunately, there were no casualties,” the message reads.
The department noted that almost 1,000 subscribers were restored in a day in the region, of which 50 consumers received electricity for the first time since the beginning of the full-scale war.
“In the Donetsk region, 2 overhead power lines of 110 kV and 1 substation of 110 kV were shut down due to shelling. As a result, 31,000 consumers in 11 settlements lost power. Most of the consumers recovered on the same day, repair work is ongoing,” the Ministry of Energy said.
“Work is also continuing to restore networks that were damaged in Toretsk during the shelling on September 27. Part of the city is already lit,” they added.
A part of consumers in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kherson and Chernihiv regions remains without power.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, for technological reasons, there was a blackout of about 5,000 subscribers, but they were all restored within an hour.
In Kherson, about 2,000 consumers who were cut off due to flooding caused by the explosion of the Kakhovskaya HPP remain without electricity.
