In Melitopol, the occupiers are placing bases and ammunition depots in schools – the mayor

In the Zaporizhia region, in the occupied Melitopol, the Russians set up their bases in schools and bring ammunition there.

This was announced by the mayor of the city, Ivan Fedorov, on the air of the telethon.

According to a local official, local residents noticed Russian military objects on the territory of school No. 16. Partisans have already managed to destroy one of these enemy bases.

The occupiers are also trying to disrupt distance education in Melitopol.

“The racists are even trying to block distance learning that we have started for our students. They spend whole days trying to put our platform on which 14 thousand children learn online every day”– Fedorov said.

Earlier, Fedorov reported that the Russian occupiers had to refuse to hold the so-called referendum on September 11 in Melitopol. The reason is low support among the local population.

We will remind, on September 7, the “headquarters” for the preparation of the pseudo-referendum flew into the air in Melitopol.
