Residents of temporarily occupied Sevastopol in Crimea have reported on social media loud noises similar to explosions that can be heard in almost all areas of the city.
Reportedly, “pops” were heard in Balaklava, on the North Side, in the area of Victory Park (Kamyshovaya Bay), as well as from Cape Fiolent, starting at approximately 20:15.
As the occupiers stated, Russian air defense destroyed two “UAVs over the southwestern part of Crimea.”
Suspenseful reports citing its intelligence sources that a joint operation is being carried out by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense and the Ukrainian Naval Forces.
How Crimea.Realities reports citing his correspondent, at about 20:30 a “powerful explosion” was heard in the center of Sevastopol.
“Something is burning well in the center of Sevastopol,” writes Telegram Crimean Wind and publishes a photo.
Users of social networks write that in the center of Sevastopol there is strong smoke with an unpleasant odor. The Russian Gauleiter of Sevastopol tried to explain it by saying that in the South Bay area the occupiers used “standard means of aerosol camouflage.”
