Abductions of people by representatives of the Russian security forces were recorded in the Skadovsky district, Chornobayivka, and Novaya Kakhovka. From the temporarily occupied territories, the police continue to receive reports of looting by the Russian military, who steal cars and take property from houses and apartments with trucks.”– said the police report.

“It became known that a local resident was killed by an enemy mine near the cemetery in the passenger compartment of his own car. Military personnel of the Russian Federation, who were in the occupied village at the time, did not allow local residents to approach the blown-up car. Currently, the police are establishing all the circumstances of the war crime”– the message says.
At the same time, in total, over the past day, the police of the Kherson region received 37 reports from citizens, 31 related to war crimes committed by the Russian military against the civilian population. According to the facts of war crimes, police investigators of the Kherson Region opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Violation of the Laws and Customs of War.”
