Deputy of the Zaporizhzhya Regional Council Serhii Lyshenko said this on Espresso.
“These are settlements on the contact line – Orkhiv, Preobrazhenka. There is only one thing to do – help people evacuate. Any restoration of infrastructure will last until the next shelling. It is wrong, in my opinion, to restore electricity, knowing that it will be destroyed in 2 hours To risk the lives of workers and people who live there,” he said.
According to Lysenko, this will lead to new shelling of houses with the aim of destroying the infrastructure and will cause new damage.
“It’s easier to help people leave and many people have done it, although there are many desperate people who continue to live in Orihiv and Gulyaipol, in fact on the front line,” the deputy concluded.
