Specialists of the Barvinkivsky district of electric networks (REM) of JSC “Kharkivoblenergo” completely restored the electricity supply in the village of Kurulka, Izyum district. The first consumers were connected here at the beginning of October, but the amount of damage was so great that only now did the power company report: all residents of the village have electricity.
About this reported in “Kharkivoblenergo”.
As Oblenergo said, in order to revive the settlement, it was necessary to restore the operation of three electrical substations, replace 12 destroyed pylons and 10 km of wire along the high-voltage line of 10 kV, as well as repair the internal network of 0.4 kV, the length of which is 7 km.
Vitaliy Sokolov, head of the Barvinkivsky REM
We installed 60 new pylons around the village and accordingly replaced the wires broken as a result of the hostilities. They worked carefully because of the mine danger. Sappers carried out a large amount of work to demine the routes of power transmission lines.
The village remained without power since April 2022.
Tetyana Reva, the head of the Rydnyansk starostyn district
Before the war, the population of the village was 148 people, now no more than ten people live there. Electricity is very important, because there is no gas here, and due to the lack of electricity, it was not possible to restore the water network. Now we will try.
