North Korea’s state news agency said the footage of the bases in Mokpo, Gunsan, Pyeongtaek and Osan was taken on the morning of November 24.

Reuters writes that one of these photographs showed the American aircraft carrier Carl Winson, which arrived in Busan on November 21.
