On October 24, the Shevchenkiv District Court of Kyiv remanded Ihor Kolomoiskyi to custody.
Lawyers petitioned to change the preventive measure from detention to 24-hour house arrest, referring to the deterioration of Kolomoisky’s health, informs Judicial and legal newspaper.
TV presenter Alla Mazur, deputy from “Servant of the People” Serhiy Demchenko and chief rabbi of Dnipro Shmuel Kaminetsky offered to take Kolomoisky as bail. But the defense received another refusal.
The court refused to change the preventive measure.
The preventive measure remained the same – detention with the possibility of bail in the amount of UAH 3.8 billion.
