Foreign Secretary Dmitry Kuleba reacted to today’s missile terror of the Russian Federation on the objects of the energy infrastructure of Ukraine. Foreign Minister thinksthat the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin plans to use this tactic more actively in the winter.

“Terrorist Russia has attacked civilian infrastructure, leaving thousands of Ukrainians without electricity, water and heat. In winter, Putin plans to use such tactics more and is testing the soil,” the minister said.
Kuleba believes that now Putin should receive a “tough response”, and Russia should be recognized as a state sponsor of terrorism.
The head of the Foreign Ministry has repeatedly stated the need for this status for the Russian Federation, but the United States is not in a hurry to make such a decision.

- On the evening of September 11, the Russians fired cruise missiles at energy infrastructure facilities, which caused problems with electricity and water supply in the settlements of Poltava, Kharkiv, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye and Donetsk regions.
- President Volodymyr Zelensky called Russian attacks on critical infrastructure facilities terrorist attacks and showed a video of a fire at CHP-5 near Kharkiv. He advised the Russian Federation to “read lips”: Ukraine would be better off without light and water, but without such “friendship and brotherhood.”
- Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Presidential Administration, believes that today’s terrorist attacks are Russia’s reaction to its own defeats on the battlefield.
- The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that there were 12 launches of enemy missiles in total, nine of them were shot down by Ukrainian air defense.
