An emergency situation of a military nature arose in Ladyzhina, Vinnytsia region.

As Serhii Borzov, head of Vinnytsia OVA, reported in his Telegram channelsthis decision was taken by the Vinnytsia Regional Commission on Technological and Environmental Safety and Emergency Situations.

“After the missile attack on the Ladyzhynska TPP, an accident occurred in the city’s heat supply networks. Taking into account the appeal of the acting mayor of the Ladyzhynska City Council Oleksandr Kolomiyets, we are deploying the work of an emergency headquarters in the city to eliminate the consequences of the accident. Measures that are still being taken by the Ladyzhynska City Council and its executive body , are extremely insufficient: 18,000 residents are without thermal heating. The only way people have to heat their homes is with electrical appliances,” he said.

According to Borzov, coordination of forces and means of civil protection, military command and critical infrastructure enterprises is urgently needed.
