Under the procedural leadership of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a 54-year-old resident of Donetsk was notified in absentia of suspicion of treason (Part 1 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, at the end of February of this year, a woman who at that time was in Donetsk and already worked for a Russian agency, involved a 37-year-old man from Kharkiv in subversive activities against Ukraine.

She contacted the man through a social network banned in Ukraine in order for him to give her information about the locations of the Ukrainian military in Kharkiv.

The man from Kharkiv agreed to this. He gave the woman the coordinates of the objects, from which the military of the aggressor country would later shell Kharkiv. It was he who provided the enemy accomplice with information about the HODA, on which the occupiers struck.

Currently, the traitor lives in Moscow, Russia, and is in the intelligence apparatus of the intelligence agencies of the special services of the Russian Federation.

A written notice of suspicion was handed to her son, who remained in Ukraine and does not share her pro-Russian views. Currently, the woman is wanted.

The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by the investigators of the SU GUNP in the Kharkiv region.

For reference: as previously reported, at the end of October, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office approved and sent an indictment to the court against a 37-year-old man from Kharkiv. The man will be tried for criminal charges. 1, 2 Art. 111, Part 1. Art. 263, Part 1 of Art. 263-1, part 2 of Art. 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
