Authorities, police and rescuers are gradually returning to the de-occupied territories of the Kharkiv region. Preparations for winter will soon begin in cities and villages.

The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced that separate heads of military administrations will be appointed in the de-occupied territories.

Oleg Sinegubov, head of the OVA, also spoke about the situation in the liberated territories of the Kharkiv region.

“So far, the clean-up is ongoing, the police and other services are returning to the liberated settlements, the work of state authorities is being resumed, and assistance is being provided to the population. In the near future, infrastructure restoration and winter preparations will begin.”– Sinegubov wrote in Telegram.

He also explained that the increase in shelling of Kharkiv is connected, first of all, with the successes of the Armed Forces, which are now liberating the region.

We will remind, during the counteroffensive, the Armed Forces of Ukraine advanced approximately 50 km in the Kharkiv region, liberating more than 20 settlements, including the city of Balaklia.
