The Cabinet of Ministers allowed another category of Ukrainians to travel abroad, namely students or cadets who are studying aviation specialties. However, there must be several conditions for departure.
The representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, reported this on his Telegram channel.
As noted, the government allowed students or cadets studying aviation specialties to cross the state border in the event of martial law and are not subject to conscription for military service during mobilization.
Such persons may travel outside of Ukraine if they need practical flight training in foreign educational institutions or aviation schools in connection with the closure of the airspace of our country.
We will remind, the head of the “Servant of the People” faction, David Arakhamia, admitted that conscripts who went abroad illegally – on the basis of forged certificates of unfitness for service – can be extradited to Ukraine.
On August 30, a meeting of the NSDC took place, at which the review of the entire system of military medical commissions was discussed. One of the adopted decisions is to carry out a full review of the validity of decisions of the VLK regarding disability and unfitness for military service during a full-scale war.
Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs stated that a law will be developed in Ukraine to punish men who illegally left the country during martial law.
