In August, 4,366 units of prohibited items were prevented from being carried by court guards of the Kharkiv region. Since the beginning of the year, this figure is 30,912 units.

In August, visitors to judicial institutions took more knives with them to Kharkiv courts, but fewer weapons. The largest number of objects that pose a danger to human life and health were found in the following courts of Kharkiv:
– firearms: Leninskyi District Court – 23 units, Dzerzhynskyi District Court – 20 units, Kharkiv Court of Appeal – 13 units,
– devices for firing cartridges equipped with rubber bullets: Chervonozavod District Court – 24 units, Zhovtnevy District Court – 20 units, Kyiv District Court – 18 units,
– pneumatic weapons: Leninsky district court – 3 units,
– knives: Dzerzhynsky district court – 75 units, Leninsky and Kyiv district courts – 71 units each.
In general, during the surface check of citizens at checkpoints and security in Kharkiv courts, firearms were seized – 129 units (798 units since the beginning of the year), pneumatic weapons – 3 units (0 units since the beginning of the year), devices for shooting cartridges equipped with rubber bullets – 130 units (947 units since the beginning of the year), cartridges, knives, electric shockers.
Visitors to the courts of the region turned out to be more law-abiding citizens of Ukraine and did not take high-risk items with them to court sessions.
