Two cruise missiles were aimed at critical infrastructure facilities near Kharkiv, firefighters are now working on the spot. This was announced by the deputy head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Tymoshenko.
Power engineers are working to restore the operation of critical infrastructure systems so that electricity will appear in hospitals and other vital facilities as soon as possible.
Communities that are currently without electricity will be restored in the near future.
So far, a number of regions are without power: Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, and partially Donetsk.
“Power outages may occur throughout the country. Russians want to leave us without light, water and heat,” Tymoshenko wrote.
