Putin also condemned the situation that happened around Taiwan in connection with the visit of the speaker of the US House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi.
“In the face of the colossal changes of our time on a global scale, unprecedented in the entire history of our time, we are ready with our Russian colleagues to set an example of a responsible world state and play a leading role in order to lead the world, which is changing so rapidly, to the trajectory of sustainable and positive development”– RIA Novosti quotes the leader of China.
There have been no comments from the Chinese side yet.
It will be recalled that during his speech at the Ukrainian breakfast in Davos, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi said that Ukraine is so far satisfied with the position taken by China regarding the war.
China previously assured that they would never “attack Ukraine”, but would support it economically and politically.
The media also wrote that in June, Xi Jinping did not accept Putin’s invitation to come to Russia. The Kremlin denies this.
