In Kharkiv, there is an updated portal “1562”, with the help of which citizens can quickly communicate with communal services to solve problematic issues.
As of today, the system has made about 27,000 automatic calls, of which more than 17,500 residents have given a positive answer about solving issues by city services, reports press officerto the Kharkiv City Council.
Through the portal, residents of Kharkiv can quickly submit reports and independently monitor the process of work by logging in to their personal account.
In the same place, citizens can attach a photo of the problem area and, after carrying out the necessary work, receive a photo report in response, the city council says.
On the web portal, up-to-date information about planned and emergency works at the indicated address, as well as clear deadlines for their execution, is always available.
In addition, thanks to the system of automatic calls and notifications, residents can confirm the resolution of the issue and evaluate the quality of the services provided.
