About this informs SBU
It is noted that a 58-year-old resident of the village of Peremoga, Brovar district, took the initiative to cooperate with representatives of the armed forces of the Russian Federation since the beginning of the temporary occupation of part of the Kyiv region.
The traitor provided the Russians with information on the location of territorial defense checkpoints and leaked information about local residents, including residential addresses, types of professional activity, and ideological beliefs. In addition, the man “surrendered” employees of law enforcement agencies, military personnel, representatives of TRO and their family members.
According to the SBU, the perpetrator also helped the occupiers commit acts of looting, pointing them to abandoned homes, and actively participated in the process himself.
It became known that the occupiers promised the man “guarantees of personal safety” for his cooperation.
The intruder was found guilty of treason.
He was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
