Restraining Russian troops, Ukrainians are leading Russia to think: it must be said

On the evening of March 25, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky issued a new address to the Ukrainian people. In it, he noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with its large-scale resistance, are forcing Russia to talk to Ukraine, and also congratulated the Security Service on their professional holiday.

What the president was talking about:

  • On March 25, the SBU celebrates 30 years of its existence. It is symbolic that this is happening on the 30th day of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
  • 77 SBU officers were awarded state honors, two of them posthumously.
  • Also, 65 law enforcement officers and rescuers received state awards, seven of them also posthumously.
  • Zelensky commented on Shoigu’s disappearance: maybe Russia’s defense minister also decided to visit Chornobayivka?
  • The Russians lost more than 16,000 people killed alone. Among them are generals and senior officers.
  • More than 37,000 people were rescued from the blocked cities.
  • The Russians do not allow any humanitarian cargo into the blocked cities, including Mariupol. And Mariupol residents are used in their propaganda productions.
  • During the week, Zelensky addressed the parliaments of Italy, Japan, France and Sweden, before the summits of NATO, the G7 and the leaders of the European Union. Each performance attracted the maximum attention of the public.
  • Russia built a powerful system of propaganda, but this system stopped working.
  • Payment of pensions has started in Ukraine. They are the first to be paid in Chernihiv and Luhansk oblasts.
  • UAH 20 billion has already been paid under the eSupport program.
  • Officials are preparing a new support program for IDPs from the war zones.
  • Zelensky also thanked all employees of state television and other journalists who provide Ukrainians with truthful information 24/7.

We will remind, since the beginning of full-scale war in Ukraine 1081 victims among the civilian population are recorded, 1707 people were wounded.
