Ruslan Alkhanov, Ramzan Kadyrov’s suitor and Chechen Minister of Internal Affairs, has been appointed to the main counter-extremism department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, also known as Center “E”. Now the chief security officer of Chechnya will head this administration.

It is noted that Alkhanov was the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Chechnya for 19 years, and before that he headed the security service of Ramzan Kadyrov’s father, Akhmat Kadyrov. It is not yet known who will replace Alkhanov in the post of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Chechnya.
It is known that Alkhanov and Ramzan Kadyrov are from the same village. Also, his 28-year-old son Adam is the husband of Khadijat, one of Kadyrov’s daughters.
