Most of the attacks on critical infrastructure facilities were inflicted in the Dnepropetrovsk region – eight, Lvov region – six, Vinnitsa region – five, Sumy region – four, Kharkiv region – four and Kyiv – four.
“This is a policy of destroying Ukrainians by creating conditions unsuitable for life.
